Iceberg Tipping Hope!

Hi guys, a few days ago, I emailed CP and asked some questions.
1. Is it possible to get the beta hat
They said you can't get it, and it probably won't come back out.
2.Will CPIP ever reopen
They said that it might open, and to keep an eye on the blog.
3. Can you tip the Berg
Here's what they said:

I haven't seen the iceberg tip, but...
I have heard mysterious rumors surrounding that iceberg and it's shaky surface. Ask some penguin friends to go and test some theories on it!

I find that to be QUITE promising, who has tipped it, can you?
Its a mystery!
